Enrolling for an exam, ordering a book and buying a course are the tasks Miratech presents for its voice assistant in an education case. Each has an outcome beyond the conversation. That distinction establishes an economic test for automation: if the task reaches a person, the work already done needs to follow it.
The Miratech Google CCAI offering includes escalating an issue to a human agent without losing context. Its case describes an unnamed education provider and a solution designed to handle those activities. The page publishes neither the number of purchases completed nor the cost per resolution. The defensible commercial opportunity is therefore to explain and demonstrate task continuity, without turning a product description into an established return.
The request outlives the channel that received it
An enquiry can start with a question about a course and end with a decision about enrolment or payment. The bot’s answer is one stage. If a human agent must intervene, knowing what the person wanted to do and what remains unresolved is useful. Making the customer reconstruct the exchange adds another task to service delivery.
The Capgemini study reproduced by Statista indicates the scale of that reported friction: 62% of consumers surveyed in Spain said they often had to repeat their issue to a human agent after explaining it to a chatbot. The research took place in November and December 2025 and covered 9,500 adults in 16 countries. That figure is the international total, not the Spanish sample.

Four-country selection, not renormalized. Overall study: 9,500 consumers aged 18 or older in 16 countries; that total is not assigned to each country. These are reported experiences, not the share of failed conversations, abandonment rates or Miratech results. Consumer responses are not mixed with the parallel survey of 1,200 executives and staff.

The comparison does not measure how many Miratech conversations lose information. It identifies an experience a technology buyer may recognise and a sales demonstration can address precisely. The decisive evidence for that buyer would be preserving its own request across a channel change, rather than extrapolating a survey percentage to its future installation.
Integrating data is different from writing another answer
Miratech describes its customer-intelligence offering as integrating marketing, sales and service solutions, alongside data from social channels and other sources. That scope connects two different jobs: interpreting a question and making necessary information available where the next action is handled.
The distinction also appears in another Statista table, attributed to Frost & Sullivan and referring to 2024. Problems with bot understanding or error recovery were cited by 34%; poor channel integration through missing data transfer by 28%. The entry provides neither a sample nor a method, so it offers historical context for different problems without representing their current frequency in Spain.

A better written answer does not by itself solve the second problem. In the education example, continuity requires the next person to distinguish the course discussed, the decision still outstanding and the action that needs to follow. That is a proposed criterion for evaluating the service, rather than a description of failures observed among Miratech clients.
Nor does every piece of conversation data need to be transferred indiscriminately. Useful context depends on the task and who is authorised to handle it. A demonstration that shows abundant data but does not identify the outstanding request confuses information volume with the capacity to resolve a case.
Closing the sale needs evidence of a completed task
The Miratech contact-centre offering distinguishes technology selection, configuration, training and subsequent management. A solution’s cost covers those stages as well as AI-engine consumption. A provider comparison becomes less precise if it considers only the price of an answer and leaves out the work required to complete the task.
The most convincing commercial journey begins with a task the buyer recognises. A demonstration can show the move from self-service to a person and the outcome the customer receives. The contracted scope needs to state which system confirms that outcome and who handles exceptions. That explanation makes integration’s value understandable even to an executive unwilling to buy another technical project without a defined operational result.
The same journey then needs to be observed in actual use. Conversations a bot completes without a handover and those requiring a person involve different work. Comparing their outcomes, repeat contacts and completion costs allows the service’s purchased purpose to be examined. A high automated-response rate does not establish whether a course was purchased, a request processed or the reason for contact resolved.
The objection is valid: following a task through completion requires more integration and a clearer allocation of responsibilities than deploying an isolated assistant. That work has a cost. The offering therefore needs to explain which resolution justifies it, rather than presenting integration as a free benefit or an unlimited savings promise.
For Miratech, the commercial conversation becomes stronger when the bot needs help. If the next person can continue without reconstructing the case and the customer reaches the intended outcome, integration demonstrates a specific use. If only the answering screen changes, response volume will keep counting activity while the task remains unfinished.
