GoMining presents Instant Funds as a way to obtain liquidity and keep Bitcoin or a digital miner. Its product page and general terms describe the relationship with the asset differently. Explaining the contract the user accepts is part of the product being sold.

The commercial expansion connects an earlier purchase with a new need for money. Someone familiar with the application can enter another transaction without starting a relationship from scratch. For the company, an acquired asset creates a second source of activity and fees; for the customer, it adds a payment timetable and recovery conditions. The simple opening message must make that commitment understandable.

GoMining announced on Aug. 26, 2026 that Instant Funds would open to its user base wherever the product is supported. The offer turns eligible miners into a route to liquidity. The announcement does not establish how many users take it up or what commercial result it produces.

A fee that returns every thirty days

The page displays a maximum 2.5% fee. Its 2,000 USDT example requires repayment of 2,050 within thirty days. The zero-interest message therefore sits alongside an opening cost. VIP levels reduce the fee to as low as 1.5%; Platinum+ advertises 2%. GoMining: pricing and discounts

The discount adds another sales mechanism. A need for liquidity leads into a comparison between the ordinary fee, loyalty status and a subscription. Reducing the fee on one transaction is insufficient to establish the relationship's cost: a complete comparison also needs the subscription price and how it is used. That balance has not been calculated from the available public information.

The operational documentation says automatic renewal for a miner cannot be disabled: another fee is added every thirty days until full repayment. For BTC, renewal can be disabled. The August announcement confirms the fee at each miner renewal. The time a position remains open changes the outstanding amount, even when marketing emphasizes zero interest. This analysis does not convert the periodic cost into a legal APR.

The published descriptions also use different ownership models. Section 8.5.4 of the general terms provides for transfer of legal and beneficial ownership to the company, followed by repurchase of equivalent assets. Section 8.5.2.2 gives priority to the Instant Funds User Agreement and accepted confirmation where they conflict. The product page's presentation of locked collateral therefore cannot, on its own, identify the contract for an individual transaction.

Section 8.5.2.2 itself says the Instant Funds User Agreement and accepted order confirmation prevail over that section where they conflict, except where applicable law prohibits it. Those checkout documents have not been reviewed. The observed difference is between public communication and the general terms; it does not establish the ownership model of every actual transaction.

Section 8.5.1.4 describes a fixed transaction fee accepted before order confirmation, which does not accrue or compound after acceptance. Section 8.5.5.2 allows an extension to be documented as a new transaction or amendment with another fixed fee. That contractual wording must sit alongside the operational description of renewals without becoming a claim about interest accruing with time.

Bitcoin's price and mining change through different mechanisms

The price series from CoinGecko published by Statista moves from $114,309.15 on Sept. 30, 2025 to $71,360.33 on June 2, 2026. That is a 37.6% decline between those two observations, calculated by El Acelerador. The series ends in June; these are neither October prices nor a statistical measure of volatility.

When an offer uses BTC, a fall in its value changes the relationship between the outstanding amount and the asset. A miner's valuation uses other elements: GoMining's documentation links it to computing power, efficiency and collection characteristics. Treating both assets as though they follow a single quoted price would conceal how the transaction is calculated.

The BitInfoCharts series that Statista labels mining profitability places the indicator at $0.11 per day per TH/s at the end of March 2024 and $0.04 at the end of September 2026. Updated Oct. 13, it uses month-end observations. It describes a market where the same unit of computing power produces different figures; it does not calculate a GoMining customer's net profit.

Original values are month-end readings in USD/day per TH/s, rounded to two decimals. This chart expresses them in U.S. cents by multiplying them by 100. Bars compare dates at unequal intervals; they do not show intervening months or period averages. The sector indicator does not calculate a GoMining customer's net profit or deduct purchase, electricity, maintenance or liquidity fees. Statista update: October 13, 2026.

Operating cost has its own denominator. GoMining publishes a service charge of $0.0089 per TH per day and a separate electricity formula, converted into BTC at its price. These are company statements. The service charge does not represent all maintenance and cannot simply be deducted from the sector indicator to produce individual profitability. Difficulty adds another variable. The first available January observations in Statista, using Blockchain.com data , take an index from 100 in 2021 to 590.2 in 2025. Blockchain.com defines difficulty as a relative measure of the work needed to find a block. This historical comparison explains why purchased computing power alone does not fix future mining results; it supplies no 2026 difficulty data.

Index calculated by El Acelerador: each observation divided by the January 4, 2021 observation and multiplied by 100. Difficulty is a dimensionless relative measure, distinct from hashrate. Statista updated the series on February 5, 2025; coverage ends February 4, 2025. The first available January observation is selected for each year. Historical context with no 2026 readings or GoMining performance.

El Acelerador converts the observations into a base-100 index because difficulty is dimensionless and differs from computing power. The chart retains the actual observation dates and includes no 2026 readings. Blockchain.com: definition and method

Continuity also depends on the contract

Buying in installments and obtaining liquidity are different transactions. MNPL terms allow up to ninety days without an extra purchase cost: mining stops on the seventh day of payment delay; the purchase ends on the twenty-seventh. The refund deducts mined BTC valued daily in dollars, 25% of the miner's purchase price and provider fees.

The initial payment helps users access the product, but leaves an obligation to complete the schedule. Interruption and the refund formula belong to that same commercial decision. Explaining only entry reduces the information a customer receives about continuity.

The wallet adds a custody relationship: the terms say keys are stored using Fireblocks and assets lack deposit insurance. That ordinary custody must be distinguished from the ownership transfer contemplated for Instant Funds.

These rules give growth a concrete task: making clear what is paid, what changes with time and which right allows the asset to be recovered. A renewal creates another fee; that alone does not establish satisfaction or understanding. Opening a position also differs from completing a transaction.

GoMining's additional sale extends its relationship with people already using its mining product. The economic consequence depends on what happens after liquidity arrives: payments completed, accumulated cost and recovery under the accepted contract. Public documents explain that mechanism, but do not measure its contribution to the company's profit.
