Easypromos expanded its draw options with Facebook ads and collaborator posts in its July 21, 2026, release. It also added public replies to Instagram automations.

The options let organisers bring comments from posts and ads into a promotion. To interpret reach, a brand should count unique people as well as entries: one person can comment repeatedly or arrive through several posts.

Multi-network draws containing Facebook can include posts selected by a collaborator after connecting their account through an invitation. For ads, the organiser connects Facebook Ads and adds the ad URL. Extra entries for mentions are limited to Instagram and Multi-network draws containing only Instagram posts.

A useful economic unit can be a person completing the next relevant action, with its definition agreed before distribution. Total cost divided by that count provides a different reading from cost per comment. Teams should present both without interchange and explain whether a useful relationship means a qualified enquiry, a purchase or valid registration. Existing buyers and people genuinely new to the brand should not be mixed into an undifferentiated acquisition figure.

Public replies are triggered when a comment contains the configured keyword. They can tell people that information has been sent by direct message; follow-up needs to fulfil that promise. The team should assign human support when an automatic response does not resolve an enquiry.

The draw combines paid distribution and borrowed communities

An invitation connects the collaborator's account and lets them select the post to include. It does not give the brand control over that community's earlier experience. Theme, style and incentive can attract a different selection of people from the brand's own advertising. That difference belongs to the mechanism rather than disappearing when comments are mixed in the draw. The same prize purchase can fund audiences with different expectations even if everyone meets a common participation rule. A shared selection operation is therefore not a shared commercial context or proof of equal contact quality.

An advertisement need not behave like an organic post. Delivery depends on investment and distribution choices. More activity can come from more purchased exposure rather than greater product interest. The project documents adding its URL to the draw; economic evaluation begins when reach connects with recognised people and actions. The management release should not obscure that media and collaboration still need a defined commercial outcome before their costs are combined. A convenient import process changes operational work without establishing which distribution route produces more valuable relationships.

Social investment explains why provenance matters

IAB Spain and PwC reported €1,050.4 million in Spanish Social advertising investment in the first half of 2026, up 8% annually. This is a sector total reported by the study's authors, not giveaway expenditure or an Easypromos outcome. The release supplies insufficient technical detail to reconstruct every estimate. Branded content115.5 million EUR

The annual IAB Spain/PwC breakdown, reported by Statista, separates Social (€1,832.5 million), influencers (€158.4 million) and branded content (€115.5 million). It does not price a particular collaboration, but helps locate Easypromos’ change: the operation combines comments while media purchasing and the collaborator agreement retain their own costs and conditions.

Mentions add chances rather than necessarily adding buyers

The release awards extra entries for unique Instagram mentions, capped at ten per user, and allows up to three manually assigned entries. These are supplier-described configuration limits for Instagram and Multired containing only Instagram posts. Retaining scope matters: the rule is not transferable to every Facebook draw. Documentation combines a base entry with additional entries, allowing the count to grow without another person joining the audience. The expanded activity total should therefore not be reported as an equivalent increase in new prospective buyers or unique reach.

A mention creates possible exposure but does not establish that its recipient sees the post or wants to buy. It can also reflect the incentive to obtain more winning chances. The mechanism changes what is rewarded: part of an entrant's advantage depends on referencing others. Interpretation needs to preserve that communicated rule instead of describing every mention as effective reach or authorised commercial contact. The release helps count activity more precisely; later commercial value follows a different unit. Recognising that difference keeps a participation incentive from becoming an invented acquisition result.

Manual entries introduce another source of weighting. Under the supplier explanation, administrators can recognise actions the platform does not verify automatically. Reasons for those allocations need to remain identifiable. Adding an advantage after observing who participates can make the count harder for the public to understand. Design evaluation should distinguish a planned rule from an individual decision, rather than calling all resulting activity engagement. Eligible people can carry different weights in the selection, and those weights have to remain visible when a brand explains fairness or interprets campaign performance.

A unique-user view changes the success reading

The release adds a finalist view by unique user with comments, mentions, total entries and export. That person-level view identifies the difference between activity and audience breadth. One person with more entries can gain more chances without creating more prospective buyers. Acquisition reporting should not describe community growth solely because rules increase counted participation. The operational novelty makes the distinction accessible, but commercial interpretation still needs to decide which unit answers its question instead of rewarding the largest number displayed by the platform.

Easypromos' advanced-statistics documentation distinguishes unique users and activity distribution by post or network. That supports reading provenance but supplies no customer sales. Statistics documentation . The economic question remains specific: which people arrive through each surface, what attracting them costs and what recognised relationship the brand later retains. An interaction dashboard answers part of that journey, rather than its commercial conclusion. Its availability does not make profile counts, purchase intention and completed transactions interchangeable measures.

Cross-network identity creates another limit. A unique user within one platform is not automatically a reconciled person across every platform. Adding Facebook and Instagram profiles can count the same participant twice. The consulted documentation establishes no campaign-wide commercial identity. An account summing profiles should label the total accordingly. Multired distribution simplifies an operation, while actual person reach requires another criterion that does not arise merely from combining posts into one list. This distinction matters when the brand compares acquisition cost against an audience whose size may include overlapping communities.

Time-based exclusion changes the eligible population

The release expands former-winner exclusion with windows of one, two and six months, one year, two years or always. Configuration distributes opportunities differently within an audience. Excluding recent winners can widen selection to other people, but also changes who is observed in the next activity. Draw comparisons should retain the rule and relevant history. Otherwise participation changes may reflect eligibility rather than distribution quality. A technical exclusion setting is therefore also an analytical population rule, which cannot be ignored when comparing total responses across campaigns.

The comment cutoff, now configurable during draw creation according to the release, creates another population boundary. Later activity can still express interest without entering the selection. Reporting should recognise which activity belongs in each count. That precision matters when posts follow different distribution rhythms: a collaborator can publish earlier or later than an advertisement. Eligible volume depends on the common calendar, rather than simply which community produces the most visible comments at any time. The updated workflow moves the setting earlier but does not itself make those observation windows identical.

Collaboration costs extend beyond the prize

Preparing content, coordinating posts and answering questions consume work alongside the incentive. An agreement can also involve payments or resources whose amount is unpublished in the product notice. The brand's account needs those costs to compare collaboration with advertising. Dividing only the prize expense by all comments favours the mechanic with repeated entries. The useful unit is the agreed person or commercial action, with activity treated as diagnosis rather than a substitute for economic contribution. Operational convenience can reduce work, but does not establish a complete acquisition-cost comparison by itself.

Affinity can compensate for lower volume. A smaller community connected to the product can supply relevant conversations, while a broad audience attracted by a generic prize can leave after selection. That does not establish what happens among Easypromos customers. It explains why total activity cannot decide whether to repeat an alliance. A comparison needs the theme connecting with the community and the subsequent relationship recognised by the brand, alongside investment needed to maintain exposure. Those specific observations are more informative than assuming the larger contributor always delivers better commercial value.

In the GWI panel published by DataReportal and Statista, 26.5% followed influencers or experts, 21.5% brands they purchased from and 17.9% brands they were considering. A person can belong to several categories. Collaboration can bring these contexts together, but entering through a creator’s post does not confirm a transition into a commercial relationship with the brand.

A subsequent sale can coincide with another campaign or an earlier contact. Retaining provenance helps explain those relationships without assigning all revenue automatically to the draw. A brand can distinguish an attribution reading under a method from a causal claim. Changing an incentive can alter who enters and how often, and comparisons should recognise that. July's documented distribution and weighting design deserves precision because it modifies both population and dashboard volume. An analysis ignoring those changes could produce a larger reported result without establishing more people bought or a better relationship was created.

Easypromos makes combining advertising, collaborators and replies easier within one promotion. The economic consequence is a more complex account: comments, people and weighted winning chances no longer coincide. Brands gain distribution capability while taking responsibility for explaining what media bought, what another community supplied and what relationship followed. Repeating the action should depend on the cost of a relevant commercial relationship, rather than total entries selected from. That is the tradeoff created by the release: broader operational reach needs a clearer account of whether multiplied activity represents actual new customers.
