# Easypromos lets organisers create another draw from a completed one

The September 16 release reuses imported participants and lets organisers exclude winners, or winners and alternates, across four draw types.

[Easypromos](https://elacelerador.es/en/company/easypromos/) added the option to create a draw from a completed one in its September 16, 2026, release. It reuses the original imported participants to avoid importing them again.

From the completed draw’s management page, organisers can include everyone, exclude winners, or exclude winners and alternates. The documentation limits availability to Instagram, Facebook, multi-network and list draws. Excluded people remain imported, with their exclusion marked in the new draw.

## Choose and explain eligibility for the next selection

Before repeating a selection, a brand should choose the eligible population and communicate an explainable rule. An exclusion can spread opportunities among more people; another configuration can reward recurrence. These are different objectives. Criteria should not change after seeing who won, as that would make the mechanic difficult to understand from the participant’s perspective.

Audience consistency also matters for measurement. If each action includes a different participant combination, comparison requires knowledge of that change. More responses can reflect a broader population or a different incentive without demonstrating greater brand interest.

## What follow-up a reused audience needs

Follow-up could observe who participates again, develops a useful conversation and completes a purchase. Repeating a game indicates activity, but commercial behaviour needs its own journey. A campaign can attract people who enjoy the mechanic without finding the business offer relevant.

The attraction of another chance to win must be compared with the attraction of the offer. In the EAE study carried by Statista, 56.7% of Spanish consumers identified value for money as the factor that hooks them to a brand; 25.6% chose quality. These are opinions about the brand without measuring retention or draws. Repetition made easier by Easypromos can maintain activity around a prize, while repeat purchases require a continuing reason to choose the product.

Sustaining activity costs prizes, preparation, distribution and service time. Assessing recurrence should compare contribution per eligible person over a common period, including non-buyers. Counting only winners or highly active participants selects part of the audience while excluding the cost of reaching everyone else.

Fatigue also deserves attention. More chances to participate may strengthen a relationship, but frequency needs an understandable reason. Reviewing unsubscribes, questions and complaints alongside responses helps identify when the commercial calendar demands more attention than the value it provides.

## Count unique people across successive draws

A useful report would show unique people, changes in eligibility and the subsequent outcome recognised. Repeated selections should be identified as part of one strategy when they share audience and objective. This prevents recurring activity being summed as acquisition.

Social actions do not identify customers by themselves either. Statista Consumer Insights found that 39% had commented on posts in the preceding four weeks and 28% had liked company posts or followed companies. These actions have different scopes and responses can overlap within a person. For a reused draw, reporting needs to connect the entry with a unique person and a recognized later action while retaining which rounds shared an audience.

## Excluding winners changes the opportunity for those remaining

Documentation says all participants remain imported with exclusions marked. That representation preserves a useful distinction between belonging to history and entering a round. Interpreting response rates or another action needs the denominator to identify whom the opportunity applied to. Including excluded people as if they received the same chance can make round activity look lower. Removing them from total relationship reach can hide part of the audience the brand retains. The population rule therefore belongs in analysis as well as execution, even where software handles exclusion mechanically.

A reserve occupies a different position from a winner. They may become the prize recipient where campaign rules require replacement. A brand needs to recognise that status before explaining new eligibility. The publication provides neither delivery outcomes nor a universal replacement protocol. The function can exclude both categories, but clarity in the next selection depends on actual history. Technical execution should not anticipate a situation unresolved in the earlier mechanic, or make a potential recipient's status disappear merely because another draw is easier to create from the completed one.

Imported comments belong to a post or list under a defined calendar. Reuse does not automatically add later comments. Someone arriving afterwards may see another selection without belonging to the population being reused. Communication should distinguish entry closure from subsequent execution so people understand who participates. The announcement removes the need for another import when repeating over existing data. It should not be interpreted as automatic, continuous audience refresh. That distinction affects both public expectations and the denominator used to explain whether an ongoing campaign acquired additional people.

## Winning opportunities are connected between rounds

Service costs can appear after the winner announcement. Questions about eligibility, fulfilment or exclusions belong to the experience and do not disappear with imports. Completed-selection totals describe technical capability rather than complete support time. Brands can study that workload through reasons and resolved actions under a common observation window. Such measurement would establish the specific economics of repetition without treating every additional conversation as a positive loyalty signal. A simpler execution can still produce substantial subsequent work, especially when participants need an explanation of how the reused list and new exclusions relate.

A purchase after several rounds cannot be assigned fully to all of them as separate sales. The relationship may receive other contacts, and attribution needs to explain how history is retained. The new workflow's interest is continuity with an identified population; that can organise observation. It does not remove the need to recognise unique transactions. Commercial contribution belongs to what a person actually buys and retains, rather than the number of draws in which they appear before purchasing. A programme increasing selection frequency needs that distinction to avoid growing reported performance without growing underlying business.

The documentation establishes participant reuse without quantifying time savings, purchases or retention. An organiser running successive selections should identify the audience shared by each draw and the exclusions applied. These records describe continuity without counting the same people repeatedly as new contacts.
